Summary of Terms and Conditions
Appointments- you are paying for a time slot which I will be here for. 24 hour notice period is required if you wish to amend an appointment time/ date. Appointments are non- refundable.
All hairpieces, including both stock items and custom orders, are strictly non-refundable. Payment in full constitutes your final acknowledgement and acceptance of the hairpiece in its current condition.
Once a hairpiece has been cut or altered to your specifications, it is deemed personalised and is no longer eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
Restocking or exchanges may be considered for unaltered items only, at the sole discretion of Laura’s Luscious Locks, and are not guaranteed. Where approved, a restocking fee will apply.
All integration, fitting, cutting, styling, and colouring services are non-refundable once completed.
Any concerns or queries regarding a product or service following installation or sale must be reported to Laura’s Luscious Locks via email to lauraslusciouslocks@gmail.com Reporting times for fitting/ hairdressing services within 48 hours, product services/ supply only within 7 consecutive days. Seeking services from another salon, including removal of the hairpiece, will immediately void any warranty or aftercare obligations.
